How to deal with the fear of driving a car

However, there are some fears that can be so bad that they threaten oneâ??s wellbeing, social status, schedules, lifestyle and career among others. One such fear is the fear of driving a car. This fear can be caused by many different things but the most common cause is memory of a bad past road incident or accident. The extent to which one experiences this fear varies from person to person.
Drivers suffer from driving phobia under different conditions. Some drivers only feel fear on intersections, others while driving over high bridges, others while driving through tunnels, carriageways, busy streets or even when driving in bad rainy weather or at night. Whatever the cause, all cases of fear are as a result of negative imagination and can be treated. You need not be a slave to these imaginations if you have this problem, find treatment and be a normal driver.
