Lack of energy and how to deal with it

Go to a doctor to make sure you donâ??t have anemia which is caused by lack of iron in the body. Lack of energy is a major symptom of the condition. To get iron ones needs to eat a lot of green vegetables and pulses. Also eat folic acid, biotin and vitamin B2 which increase energy. Taking multivitamins and drinking a lot of water keep your body hydrated and in top shape.
