Using natural eczema treatments
March 19th, 2010There are a number of eczema natural treatments available that are not well known but that will go a long way in dealing with eczema. First on the list is an emollient which is a lotion, oil or cream that soothes the skin especially when itchy and inflamed. It is advisable to store it in the fridge during the hot season so as to gain maximum relief. Vitamin E is also a major natural treatment for eczema as it helps the skin become soft and supple and aids with the healing of the skin especially after outbreaks. It is found in lotions but more importantly you should eat foods that are rich in Vitamin E like broccoli, almonds, peanut butter and spinach among others.
Other methods are to moisturize the skin with a special emphasis at night. Soaking in an oatmeal bath goes a long way in enabling the body to get relief from itching. Make sure you use eczema natural treatments as in the long run they are better for your body than medicines with side effects.
